I am passionate about providing treatment to adults and young adults. I am prepared to assist individuals in addressing substance use, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, codependency, low self-esteem and major life changes/transitions. I am also prepared to support individuals who love someone who struggles with substance use. I have experience utilizing a wide range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and acceptance commitment therapy.
