I specialize in working with people who have experienced betrayal trauma, infidelity, abuse, childhood trauma, and anxiety. My goal is to empower my clients with the tools they need to feel better. At the start of treatment my clients report feeling intense sadness, overwhelmed with worry, intrusive thoughts, disrupted sleep, irritability, and many other unpleasant feelings. You aren’t crazy!
