My style is guiding, strengths-based, and trauma informed, to help foster your growth and provide the support you need to reach your goals. Whether you have difficulty with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, substance use, BPD, and more, I can meet you wherever you are at. I am trans masc and queer identifying and affirming, and focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ folx. I work with individual adolescents (age 12+) and adults, and am neurodivergent informed and affirming.
