I am looking to work with people who are not satisfied with how things are in their life, and ready to take control in order for their lives to improve. In addition to actively listening and problem solving, I coach individuals to activate specific techniques designed to be applied throughout their daily lives. It is in the hands of the individual to apply these skills in order to reach their goals. If an individual is not quite there, we'll work together to figure out what's blocking their potential.
