I practice from a person-centered approach that draws from attachment therapy, CBT, DBT, and existential therapy, all of which are utilized with a trauma-informed lens. I also am certified in Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization Therapy (EMDR). I have worked at Hanna for a few months, but I have previous experience with community mental health that served a wide range of clients.
