Sometimes, all it takes is a little guidance and support from someone who might have a different perspective. As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in Maternal Mental Health, Reproductive Trauma, Adjustment Disorders, Grief, Anxiety Depression and managing stress using specific interventions like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based, Solution Focused, and mindfulness training. Telehealth services provided. If you want to get out of your environment my in person sessions are done in nature. My office is in Big Bear or we can walk and talk in Orange County.
