I see adults, adolescents, pre-teens, couples and families who come to counseling with a variety of issues they want to explore. Some of these areas of concern include depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, substance abuse, relationships, and grief. Some clients may want to reduce or eliminate negative effects of the issues they face. Others may want to change unhealthy habits or create healthier ones. And other clients may want to recover from trauma or abuse and find more positive ways of coping.
