I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am currently licensed in Alabama and Mississippi. I have over thirty years of experience in the field of mental health. I specialize in areas such as stress and anger management, effective communication, behavioral issues, family relationships, grief, life changing events, couple and marital relationships. My skills include motivating, communicating and advocating with regards to Client’s issues. The initial session focuses on getting to know you and what has brought them to therapy. I will work to explore your issues; how your choices have lead this moment in your life. By determining what has lead to therapy I can begin to work with you to develop the direction you want to move.
