I am passionate about helping children, teenagers and adults process and heal from difficult life experiences. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, and for several years I have been working with people of all ages who have experienced trauma. I am also a Registered Play Therapist and help children process and express themselves through developmentally appropriate therapeutic play. With children, I utilize the evidenced-based practice of Play Therapy along with EMDR Therapy. I know how devastating the experience of trauma and other life stressors can be to individuals and their families, and I can help navigate the process of healing.
