Welcome to my page! My name is Cecilia (she/her/hers) and I ground my practice in a holistic approach. I believe that every part of the human experience can be explored for healing. It is important for me honor and support the unique perspectives and lived experiences of those I work with. I believe everyone deserves to find health and stability through therapy. As a person of color, I draw on my lived experiences and deep understanding of systemic barriers to ensure that my practice remains accessible, empowering, and equitable for everyone.
