I enjoy helping children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups use art (and/or traditional talk therapy) to identify their emotions, explore sources of internal/external conflict, and introduce healthier coping strategies into their everyday lives. I meet a client where they are at and collaboratively construct a treatment plan that incorporates some CBT techniques, mindfulness, and art therapy directives.
