I work with many clients who are struggling with issues that are keeping them from experiencing joy and peace. I work with couples, parents, teens and adults who struggle with feelings of inadequacies, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, ADHD, parenting, marital issues. grief, divorce, blending of families, and those trying to navigate life's transitions. Many are not looking for a diagnosis; just someone who is willing to listen and help them process through their feelings and emotions. No-one knows you better than you.
