I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with my Doctorate in Psychology; who is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I believe in meeting you where you are. My personal mantra is empowering and motivating you to help to incite change. I have over 9 years of experience of working with individuals, families and couples in various settings. My specialties are treating anxiety, depression, severe mental illness and everyday life stressors. I have an eclectic style and utilize different theoretic frameworks and techniques.
