Whatever is coming up for you, it is possible to move from survive to thrive! I am an experienced Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher. My approach is down to earth, respectful, and compassionate. Clients I've worked with have come from many backgrounds, including a range of life stage, ethnicity, culture, and gender identity. My work is trauma, addiction, and family systems informed. In our work together, we can use a variety of perspectives and techniques to help you improve your relationship with yourself, and to meet your goals! I use an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy style - in other words, we will access several counseling approaches based on what is helpful for you at different times! The somatic element connects your intuition, breath, and body awareness into your growth and healing process. I also focus on helping clients increase their mindfulness skills.
