With 30yrs of experience in meditation based psychology that can draw from EMDR, somatic and depth psychology, neurobiology, Jungian sand tray, parts work, and spirituality or religion to help you heal your brain, body & spirit. Celeste helps clients who have had therapy or have been doing their own self-help work and are at a “stuck” point or are looking for answers beyond just traditional talk therapy. She specializes in working with therapists to deepen their own personal process and joy in their work. She has an added focus on the psychology behind disease and illness. She works with individuals and couples.
