I am a licensed social worker who enjoys working with clients through all life stages, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, older adults and end of life. I provide patient-centered care, focused on each person’s unique situation and needs, and utilize evidence-based practices like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing. I am warm, caring and compassionate and strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore the issues and challenges they are facing.
