I believe therapy can be a steady place to land when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. Many of my clients are coping with chronic illness, cancer, grief, or medical trauma, learning to adjust to new realities while finding strength and meaning along the way. I support children (ages 3+), teens, and adults as they manage the emotional impact of illness, loss, and caregiving. Together, we work to ease anxiety, process grief, and improve communication within families. Therapy can also support those coping with the fear of recurrence, survivor’s guilt, or anticipatory grief.
