Celeste also specializes in working with people who experience complex trauma - more specifically religious and post cult trauma. Celeste's therapeutic strategy is tailored to the individual & generally focuses on a holistic approach, integrating trauma-focused therapies with a cultural lens. She believes in the mind-body connection & works with people to incorporate this into sessions. She does this through strategies such as Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory & Brainspotting.
