I specialize in cognitive/behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), stress management, anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and parenting issues. I am versed in women’s issues, personality disorders, mood disorders and adolescent psychiatry, ages 14 and up. I am happy to embrace spiritual and faith based interventions. I meet my clients where they are to facilitate a collaborative treatment plan tailored to individual clients needs. I focus on client centered talk therapy with various modalities including CBT, talk therapy, solution focused therapies, and family systems.
