I am a New Mexico native with 10 years of clinical experience, licensed in NM as well as Florida and am taking clients from both states. I work with teens and adults in a non-judgmental safe environment. I am trauma-informed and have been trained in various modalities such as CBT, DBT, MST, and EMDR. My goal is to work alongside my clients in their challenges addressing anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma related issues. I enjoy incorporating Christian values if this is a request and or strength of my clients as well.
