Life can feel extremely challenging at times. Juggling the responsibilities of family, friends, school/work and relationships can feel overwhelming, especially when you're still trying to figure out who you are and what you want out of life. When this leads to anxiety or depression, it can seem even harder to find your way out. There's a light at the end of the tunnel however, and once you take the first step towards it, things begin to get better. Let's work together as you embark on this journey. Currently accepting young adult clients, aged 18-30 for in person and/or telehealth appointments.
