Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I received my CAGS from Cambridge College and my Master Degree from AMC. I have been practicing for 25 years. I help children, adolescents, young adults and families struggling with eating disorders, grief, adoption trauma and parenting difficulties to become the best versions of themselves and keep working to have their life improve. I also work with one time consults. We all need a safe place to vent, a sounding board or someone to answer some questions. Whether you are looking for ongoing therapy or a one time consult, you are always in the driver´s seat. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, we will discuss what your goals for therapy are, I will explain some of the boring “housekeeping” policies and then we will come up with potential treatment goals.
