Psychology has always been my passion. I am a licensed mental health clinician with 10+ years of experience providing therapeutic services. I have found that I most enjoy providing therapeutic services to adolescents and adults and am knowledgeable in a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, conduct disorders, substance abuse and difficulty adjusting to life changes. Extensive experience working with adult children of alcoholics, woman suffering from PCOS and with those experiencing symptoms related to leaving a previous religious faith. I focus on the clients thought patterns and their connection to behavior and/or moods. Making clients aware of negative thought patterns and challenging those thoughts can facilitate change. Over the past few years I have also found that I have gained a great deal of personal and professional experience with woman suffering from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
