How many times have you looked at this website? (Yea, me too. I wondered if this would be the best way to connect with clients). And now you are trying to find a good therapist–someone who will relate to you. Let me start off by stating how important I think mental health is to the well-being of an individual. I believe that it colors everything that one does. While life isn’t always perfect, one can look at life- process, develop options and just try it out. It really isn’t clear cut like that and processing takes time. Maybe that is why I am in this field–to help people to look at their lives and to make their lives better.
