I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor. I utilize a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to support health and healing. My belief is that as humans we open up wherever we feel most safe & most comfortable. Everyone has a different view of what that looks & feels like. That’s why I offer a variety of different environments for sessions; the play therapy room for children, the office for talk therapy, the group room for group counseling & learning, and beach walks or other community settings for adventure therapy. My philosophy is that we're never too old to heal or to laugh. We are all powerful creators!
