Relationships are the center of our lives: Depression often leads to a deep sense of loneliness. Anxiety drives the people around us crazy. Stress impacts interactions with those we love. At Center Counseling, we think about people in the context of their relationships and we work to help our clients feel more whole within themselves and in their relationships. We work with Couples, Parents, Adults, College Students, Middle- & High-School students, and Families to build healthy skills and strengthen connections.
