I currently direct and treat patients at CARD at Boston University. We provide individually tailored, evidence-based clinical services - primarily CBT. CBT is an active, skills based therapy meant to increase insight and improve coping strategies to enhance healthy emotion regulation. It focuses on understanding the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to foster positive changes. We specialize in helping adults and children address a wide range of anxiety disorders and related challenges such as difficulties with mood, sleep, concentration, and pain.
