As a therapist I enjoy working with a variety of groups. I do individual, family and couples therapy, but particularly enjoy working with teens and young women. I enjoy empowering youth while they transition through their developmental tasks and into adulthood. I enjoy working with individuals interested in overcoming obstacles and developing their true potential. I utilize a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches to meet the needs of my clients. With unconditional support, we can examine ourselves and learn to move forward to meet our personal goals.
