I am here to help clients interested in decreasing depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues and addiction issues by addressing their past traumas with Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I have built strong relationships with clients who want to try different approached to therapy and do hard work to address trauma that contribute to difficulties in daily life. Many clients who seek therapy with me have found talk therapy to take them only so far.
