As both a licensed massage therapist and psychotherapist, I am passionate about body-based trauma processing techniques that integrate your nervous system for lasting change, (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Interpersonal Neurobiology Professor). I currently have a brain health group that starts in February and September each year. The first cohort of 13 people just graduated in December.
