My holistic approach addresses both personal wellness and relational health. In addition, I am certified in sex therapy, allowing me to help you address an often sensitive and difficult topic. I can work with you whether you are single or partnered. I specialize in anxiety & stress management, adjustment to change, codependency, women's health, relationship communication, lack of intimacy, "low" sexual desire, sex and aging. Through education, experiential learning and coaching, I can help you strengthen your interpersonal skills, heal your emotional and erotic wounds, and access authentic joy.
