I’m passionate about working with clients to discover their true potential in a collaborative, and empathetic manner. I assist clients to connect with their mind, body, and heart to build self-awareness and self-acceptance. I incorporate somatic, mindfulness and traditional talk therapy in each session. As a mother of five, including a child with autism and epilepsy, I bring life experience and professional insight to empower clients. I work with children, teens, families, couples and individuals with special needs. Raised in Asia, I deeply appreciate all cultures and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
