At Center of Hope Counseling we offer both in person and online sessions using evidenced based (cbt, dbt, emdr, and IFS) therapies to help our clients meet their individualized treatment goals. Although our specialization is working with disorder eating and eating disorders, we also treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, adjustment issues, self esteem, and body image issues for individuals over the age of 14. We believe in the importance of case collaboration and look forward to providing you with the best mental health treatment experience possible.
