I founded the Centers for Cognitive Wellness in 2012 with the mission of providing the "what's next" to people diagnosed with cognitive challenges. Trained as a clinical neuropsychologist, I quickly grew frustrated that patients had few treatment options after receiving a diagnosis of memory loss or attention impairment, I started this practice with the purpose of filling the treatment gap for people affected by cognitive declines. I have been blessed to grow the practice while also authoring The Neuroscience of Memory and speaking regularly to professionals and organizations. My group practice has grown over the years to where I now lead a team of incredible clinicians across multiple states, providing neuropsychological assessment and neurologically informed psychotherapy, integrating cognitive rehabilitation interventions into psychotherapy.
