I admire diversity and I am passionate about representation in mental health, providing awareness and advocacy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young and elder adults managing life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and more; to working with couples and families having difficulty with communication and unmet needs. I am a patient, progressive, and compassionate counselor. With my empowering techniques and use of feedback, I challenge clients to gain control and 'take back' their lives. I strive to help each individual to thrive and meet their goals by empowering them with strength and encouragement.
