My goal is to help you on that journey: to find and speak your truth, build resilience, and create a life you are genuinely happy with and at peace in. With over a decade of experience, I have supported individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I take the time to understand you and your story, while helping you realize your inner potential. My clients describe me as direct, open, and easy to talk to.
