I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 19 yrs of experience. If you are looking for a safe place to help you figure things out, to explore thoughts and emotions that can lead to an improved sense of control over one's life, whether its depression, anxiety, life transitions/stressors, work family or relationship issues...I got you! Together we can explore new ways to process difficult emotions, set boundaries, increase self-awareness and self-confidence. I've been described as a big sister or cool aunt...just with a few fancy letters after my name! With a more laid back approach, I find that clients are more open and receptive to the process., viewing their therapy like a typical conversation which allows them to feel more comfortable.
