Hello, I am Cesar Gonzalez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the central valley providing telehealth services in the state of California. I am a bilingual therapist as I speak fluent Spanish. I provide services to adolescents and adults who find themselves struggling with depression and anxiety or have experienced trauma. Throughout my sessions I will utilize Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients navigate their thoughts and emotions in hopes of feeling better in their everyday life.
