Dr. Cesar Luis Chirinos, PsyD, is a distinguished clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist at BPS Medical, specializing in enhancing mental health, memory, and overall cognitive well-being. He earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology from Carlos Albizu University in Doral, Florida, and completed a fellowship in Neuropsychology at the Wien Center for Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. Dr. Cesar is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse community of patients.
