You don’t have to wait for a crisis to start therapy. Maybe you’ve been feeling off, weighed down by stress, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles—whether current or from the past. Many of my clients look successful on the outside but feel stuck, empty, or disconnected inside. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness, and also offer Equine Relational Learning as an option for those who connect best through experience rather than talk alone.
