As a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Over the years, I’ve come to deeply believe that we all thrive when we are able to both give and receive love. Through healing and acceptance, I’ve witnessed how people can let go of the weight of past traumas and step into lives that feel healthier, more fulfilling, and more authentic. I understand how isolating and overwhelming it can be to face feelings of depression, anxiety, or challenges in forming meaningful, healthy connections.
