If you’re ready for change but not sure where to start, I am here to support you. I am a LPC and board approved supervisor in Virginia and a LCPC in Maryland who supports teenagers and adults through overwhelming feelings caused by daily life stressors, substance use and addiction, and their transition to and through parenthood. During our time together, will explore your experiences, identify stressors, and build meaningful and effective tools that promote healing, stability, and emotional resilience.
