Enchanting Soul Vibrations works to realign your soul with enchanting and intentional practices. I listen and collaborate with you to meet your needs, whether immediate, short-term or long-term. I am also a Certifed Forgiveness Life Coach and Certified Somatic Healing Life Coach. I use a Trauma-Informed approach to treat individuals & groups and have experience in Creative Arts Therapies, DBT, CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, Energy Psych, Substance Use Prevention & Treatment, Sober Living and working with Court-Involved youth & families and more. I offer a BIPOC Self-Care Group and a Processing & Skills Group.
