My goal is to help people find answers, develop skills and create movement when they are feeling stuck. I have worked with people with a variety of struggles from depression and anxiety, to trauma and adhd, to addiction and other personality disorders. I have a passion for instilling hope in others and helping people find the light when their world is feeling dark. I love to help those needing that extra motivation to make changes and those trying to gain new perspectives in their lives.
