I particularly enjoy working with people in their 20s and 30s as well as people who are dealing with "second half of life issues" such as aging parents. Because I have been practicing for 25+ years, I have expertise with a range of concerns. I think you will find me to be kind, thoughtful, and able to help you understand what is troubling you and what steps you can take to make a change. My goal is help people to feel understood, valued, and for them to have a deeper understanding of themselves. Of course, the hope is for people to feel challenged to make positive changes.
