Whether through EMDR, traditional talk therapy, or other types of treatment, I help people with their anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other mental health needs. And I'm ready to help you face whatever keeps you from the people and things you most value. Your voice is the most important one in the room. I use Feedback Informed Treatment because there are many ways to heal wounds and grow. Your treatment adjusts to you. Every part of therapy is about your story. The goal is to process emotional wounds, change unwanted behaviors, and feel better in mind and body.
