I aspire to inspire and am privileged to be of service. My goal is to help all my clients to improve their health holistically. I see mental health as a part of the equation along with physical (emotions/affects impact both) and spiritual (whether religious, inner self, or just something greater than ourselves) each holding their own pivotal part in our pursuit of balance. I seek to help clients find adaptive ways to cope with emotions, practical approaches to manage day to day stressors, and to explore situations with the intention of finding meaning and purpose, a why to bear the how's of life.
