I have been a professional counselor for 15 years and in my experience the only requisite for transformation is a willingness to be open to the change process. Clients that I work with typically feel disconnected and unsatisfied. Whether it be professional stagnation, substance abuse, marital or interpersonal conflict, the person I serve typically feels their lives are not aligning with their expectations or goals. I work in a direct and supportive manner with clients to align behaviors and goals with personal values.
