As your therapist, I wish to be a strong and steady support for you on your therapeutic journey. My therapeutic approach is tailored to suit your needs and goals for therapy. I work with adults, young adults, and couples. I also work with individuals who are struggling with various addictions, as well as individuals struggling with LGBTQ+ issues. My therapeutic style is a person-centered and strengths based approach.
