I specialize in treating pre-teens, adolescents and adults who may be experiencing behavioral challenges, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD and eating disorders. Additionally, I treat pre-teens, teens and adults who may have past history of trauma. My focus is on developing a safe, trusting and strong therapeutic relationship in order for healing to occur and to have a sense of hope restored. I engage clients through a use of therapeutic approaches including; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who specializes in treating pre-teens, adolescents and adults who have experienced complex trauma in their lives.
